Sarah Hayes, RN
Co Founder / Owner
Sarah Hayes is a Registered Nurse, Certified Aesthetic Injector, Allergan Trainer, and Revance GURU. She is the Co-founder of Bespoke Health & Beauty, located in Rockwall, Texas, established in 2024 in collaboration with business partner Shane Hernandez. Sarah began her medical career as an ICU nurse after graduating with a nursing degree. In 2018, she transitioned to become a Certified Nurse Injector at Baylor Scott & White Reconstructive Plastic Surgery and collaborating with Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Neil Mauskar to establish and grow a successful practice.
Sarah specializes in delivering naturalistic outcomes with aesthetic injectable treatments and is a highly sought-after trainer for Allergan aesthetics and Revance, conducting monthly training sessions nationwide. She founded “Injector’s Night Out,” a professional development and networking group for nurse injectors, fostering community and knowledge sharing.
Sarah holds advanced certifications in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PDO threads, Biostimulators, RF therapy, and more, exemplifying her dedication to advancing the industry. Known for her artful skills and warm personality, Sarah prioritizes building trust and ensuring her patients feel safe and valued.

Dr. Morgan Collom, DO, FACOS,FACS
Medical Director
Morgan is a Trauma/Acute Care Surgeon at Medical City Plano. She obtained her doctorate in osteopathic medicine from UNT/TCOM in Fort Worth and then matched into a general surgery residency at UT Houston. She finished her residency back in Fort Worth and then went on to complete a surgical critical care fellowship at the University of Alabama Birmingham.
Taylor Hamblin
Director of Operations
Taylor spent the first decade of her career working on the administrative side of the Physical Therapy business alongside Shane Hernandez. In 2021, she co-created Revive Health and Beauty in Frisco and served as the Director of Operations, with a vision of establishing a second location in her hometown of Rockwall, Texas.
Alongside her professional endeavors, Taylor has operated a personal spray tanning business since 2017. When not focused on work, Taylor cherishes spending time with her family—husband Daniel, and their two wonderful kids, Brees and Jade—embracing every moment of life’s beauty and connections.
Nicole Brehm, BSN, RN
Lead Aesthetic Nurse
With over 17 years of experience as a registered nurse, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as an aesthetic nurse. For the past three and a half years, she has specialized in helping clients achieve their desired aesthetic goals with confidence and care.
Certified in injectables by the National Laser Institute, Nicole is skilled in a range of aesthetic treatments, including Botox, fillers, and skincare solutions. Her extensive background spans multiple fields, including oncology, nurse management, and ambulatory surgery, giving her a unique perspective on patient care and safety.
In addition to her clinical work, Nicole is a passionate local trainer, dedicated to sharing her love for aesthetics with new injectors breaking into the industry. She offers shadow opportunities to those eager to learn, helping to shape the next generation of skilled aesthetic professionals.
Nicole believes in making wellness a priority from the inside out and is committed to helping her clients feel their best. Whether it’s enhancing natural beauty or providing personalized skincare advice, she strives to deliver exceptional results in a comfortable, welcoming environment.
When she’s not in the clinic, Nicole enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Her husband of 10 years is a Garland Police Officer and they have 2 children who are Nicole’s pride and joy. Nicole also has 3 dogs, a chocolate lab and 2 wiener dogs. Her favorite season is fall where she loves to watch her Oklahoma Sooners and Dallas Cowboys!
Annie Sullivan, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Annie Sullivan has been a Nurse Practitioner for 4 years with 18 years of experience as a nurse. She is certified in injectables including advanced injectable techniques. Her background includes pain management, holistic health with certification in PRP injections, peri-operative, Labor and Delivery, and school nursing. Annie has always had a passion for aesthetics, health/weight management, and hormone replacement therapy. Her commitment to pursuing one’s natural health and beauty from the inside out sets her apart and she looks forward to helping each of her client’s feel their best and most beautiful selves.
Annie has a nine-year-old son and seven-year-old daughter and resides in Rockwall. In her free time, she enjoys working out, outdoor activities, traveling, and entertaining with friends/family.
Lauren Reid, AGACNP-BC
Lauren Reid is an artist turned board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of Nursing experience. She followed her dreams and started training and working as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector in 2019. While Lauren also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, one of her biggest talents might be that she can hang a picture on a wall completely straight, without using a level. Being an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner is the perfect career for Lauren as it combines medical science with her keen eye for art and detail.
Lauren is committed to enhancing your beauty and confidence and always strives for natural results where you still look and feel like yourself—just better! She is passionate about taking a personalized approach to her patients, ensuring that each treatment aligns with your unique goals. Lauren will always take the time to get to know you, and ensure that you are as comfortable as possible when you are in her chair.
If Lauren isn’t at Bespoke, she’s likely on a tennis court somewhere in DFW, or chasing after her 2 toddler boys. Lauren and her family moved from Dallas to Heath in 2023 and love being in and serving the Rockwall/Heath community.
